Terms & Condition

This price includes VAT.
This price includes standard booth if participants do not use standard stands then the applicable price is following the standard booth price provisions.

Terms of Payment:

Booking fee receipt is IDR. 5,000,000,- made when filling out the registration or membership registration for INACRAFT On October 2026.
Term I (50%), down payment by 50% until July 31st, 2026 at the latest.
If you have not made payment by the due date, you will be deemed to have resigned and your stand ownership rights will be lost.
Term Il FulI payment (100%), 100% payment no later than September 4th, 2026.

Note:

If there is an error when filling out the Participation registration, the organizer has the right to cancel or correct the participant. In the event of an error when completing the Participation Registration, the organizer has the option to cancel or rectify the participation.
The Committee reserves the right to move or relocate participant booths if necessary, for the sake of the exhibition’s aesthetics.
